A useful fit for

A fixed home-bar position where smaller spheres and a line-fed water option matter.

The main tradeoff

Forty versus fifty-six stored spheres, basket weight and physical specifications conflict; app control and freezer-temperature holding are not established.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Can a water-line-supplied sphere workflow provide four pieces per harvest and nominal two-inch spheres?

Yes. The exact model page documents water-line supply, four spheres per harvest and two-inch diameter; installation details still need the matching instructions.

Is storage for fifty spheres confirmed?

No. The current feature bullet claims56 while native artwork states40; a hard fifty-sphere requirement remains unresolved.

Is app-controlled sphere production confirmed for this water-line model?

No. Water-line supply is documented, but the observed exact-model material does not establish app control.

The Euhomy Rock SE IM046 makes two-inch sphere ice and offers a choice between manual filling and a water-line connection. That makes it relevant to a home bar with a regular serving routine. Its large storage claims need clarification, however: the current page and its own artwork give different sphere counts, weights and dimensions.

Four spheres per harvest, with time to plan

The current Rock SE is identified as IM046 in Euhomy's US native product record and model-specific dimension artwork. It makes four nominal five-centimeter, or two-inch, spheres in a cycle. The specification table describes approximately forty to forty-five minutes per harvest. Its daily claims are up to twenty-two pounds or 144 spheres, which describe accumulated production rather than the quantity immediately waiting in the basket.

Euhomy states that its reference cycle times assume a room around 70°F. Water temperature and a warmer room can extend the wait. Those cycle conditions do not establish a complete test specification for the daily weight claim, and the machine cannot supply a full day's output in the first hour. Decide how many glasses need a sphere for the opening round and begin production early enough.

The smaller sphere may fit glasses that cannot accept the Rock Pro IM031's 2.5-inch ice. Measure the usable interior opening and any taper rather than judging from a lifestyle picture. Minor seams or small dents are normal possibilities in molded ice, according to the manufacturer's FAQ; a clear-ice label is not a promise of a perfect sphere from every water supply.

A water line changes refilling, not production speed

The SE explicitly supports manual filling of its 1.6-liter water tank and direct water-line supply. Manual filling keeps placement flexible when there is no suitable plumbing nearby. A connected line can reduce repeated water top-ups at a fixed home-bar location, but it does not shorten each freezing cycle or increase the basket's verified usable capacity.

Confirm the matching inlet connection, acceptable supply conditions, included fittings and drainage procedure in the exact IM046 instructions before arranging installation. Those details were not established by the available product page and observed support records. Do not borrow a commercial Euhomy machine's installation diagram simply because both support a water line.

The current controls and description emphasize local touch operation, progress and water/cleaning alerts. They do not establish app scheduling. If starting production remotely is essential, compare Rock Pro or Rock Plus IM032, whose current pages explicitly document that feature.

Clarify storage before planning a large gathering

The specification table calls the basket 2.5 liters. A feature bullet additionally calls it 2.5 kilograms or 5.5 pounds with up to fifty-six spheres, while the model's gallery advertises forty stored spheres. These are different kinds of units and inconsistent ready-piece counts. Neither 144 spheres per day nor the highest basket claim is a dependable basis for promising one unattended party-sized supply.

Count the number of drinks that must be ready together and obtain a model-specific usable storage count from Euhomy. If the serving plan requires more than one harvest, allow time for successive cycles and appropriate separate storage. The SE's insulated front and cooling-related artwork do not establish a specified freezer-temperature holding mode or duration. Treat that as unresolved rather than assuming it duplicates the Pro's named HOLD feature.

It needs more space than its front view suggests

This is a substantial appliance: the current specification lists about 37.9 pounds, while the dimensional artwork gives a different weight. Dimensions also conflict between the table and image, including the orientation of width, length and height. Get a confirmed axis-labeled drawing for the delivered version if a cabinet opening or shallow counter determines the purchase.

More firmly documented is the FAQ's ventilation allowance of at least eight inches around the machine. A body that fits physically between nearby objects may still lack that operating clearance. Keep it away from oven or microwave heat, and allow space to open the front, remove ice, refill and perform cleaning. The FAQ calls for twenty-four hours upright after transport before plugging in.

Daily cleaning remains part of the routine

Euhomy recommends cleaning every day and changing system water daily during frequent use. It also recommends running a cleaning cycle before initial use and after extended storage, with the first two or three ice batches discarded to flush the water path. Automatic cleaning supports that routine; it does not eliminate draining and manual attention to the interior and basket.

The current box list identifies the machine and ice tongs. Confirm any hoses or fittings supplied with the exact package rather than treating a water-line illustration as a complete installation kit. A matching downloadable IM046 manual was not available in the support material observed here, making that confirmation worthwhile before setting aside a permanent installation spot.

Choose the Rock SE for four-piece sphere harvests, two-inch glass fit and its explicit manual-or-line water choice. Choose Rock Pro for larger spheres and a separately documented holding workflow, or Rock Plus for square presentation ice. Resolve the SE's conflicting storage and physical specifications before depending on either for a tightly planned gathering or tight space.
