Choose a Pearl counter layout: refill, collect and start

Choose the refill motion before the daily-output number

A nugget machine can have enough advertised output for your drinks and still be inconvenient every time it needs water. Start with the place where it will sit. Can you lift the lid fully? Can you remove a basket without tipping it? Is there a stable route to a sink for draining? The Euhomy Pearl H1, L1 Plus and L1 Pro answer different parts of that problem.

This comparison covers Pearl H1 IM-12S/IM-12G, Pearl L1 Plus IM-16S and Pearl L1 Pro IM023-NBL, with the L1 Max IM039 as another collection option. Their collection compartments do not keep ice frozen. Refilling, producing and storing are separate jobs in each case.

Need one: a kitchen counter with a cabinet above it

Measure the space needed to use the appliance, not only the closed body. H1's product images and linked instructions show top filling after lifting out the basket. Its FAQ also uses pull-out-tank wording, so the delivered revision needs checking if front access is essential. The published body dimensions disagree as well. It cannot be selected confidently for a strict height limit simply because one graphic looks compact.

L1 Plus is the stronger documented match for a front pull-out refill tank. Its exact gallery shows that tank and a front-opening collection door, and its current water specification is 1.8 liters. You still need room in front for both operations and the ventilation specified for the delivered machine. A removable tank solves a refill movement; it does not automatically solve every clearance problem.

Need two: enough ice in hand for the next round of drinks

Think about the ice you will remove in one visit. H1's table states 0.7 liters of basket volume, but its description and gallery give conflicting 1.8-pound and 1.3-pound mass claims. Do not use the largest one as an assured serving reserve. Its 33-versus-34-pound daily claims also differ, and neither comes with an exact matched room-and-water rating pair.

L1 Plus has a separate manufacturer gallery claim of two pounds of collected ice. L1 Pro lists 1.54 pounds, while L1 Max lists 800 grams, about 1.76 pounds. Those are their own mass claims, not calculations from basket liters. If at least 1.5 pounds of documented collection capacity is a must, those three can be compared on that basis; H1's conflicting weights leave the requirement unresolved.

Even the larger basket will eventually contain melting ice. For several rounds of drinks, move batches into suitable separate frozen storage ahead of serving. A machine that advertises production throughout a day does not offer that whole amount simultaneously in its basket.

Need three: start remotely before you enter the kitchen

L1 Pro documents app operation and relative countdowns for starting and shutting down. That is useful when a reminder or a delayed action fits your routine. It does not promise a full basket at a particular dinner time, and it does not preserve yesterday's nuggets. Confirm network and account requirements before relying on connected operation.

H1's current page describes a local Ice/Clean button. It does not establish the Pro's connected countdown functions. L1 Plus's front tank also does not imply app control. Choose the function you need from the exact model's evidence rather than treating the Pearl family name as a shared feature list.

Make the cleaning route part of the layout

H1 has a current fifteen-minute cleaning claim; L1 Plus specifies twenty minutes. Neither duration includes every manual task, every rinse or any extended descaling soak. Leave a safe way to reach the drain and carry out the procedure without balancing a heavy appliance over the counter edge.

Check model identifiers before using a downloaded guide. H1's support links currently open IM002-N documents, while L1 Plus's open IM017-N documents. The corresponding sales SKUs are IM-12S/IM-12G and IM-16S. Those differences matter when instructions or dimensions disagree. Use the instructions supplied with your exact unit and ask Euhomy to resolve the mismatch before applying a prolonged chemical treatment.

The practical shortlist is therefore simple: investigate H1 for a basic frequently attended top-access station, choose L1 Plus when a documented front refill tank matters, and compare L1 Pro when remote countdown control matters. Bring L1 Max into the comparison for its separately stated 800-gram collection claim and manual-only water supply. Reject any of them if you need its collection basket to function as a freezer.

Start with the ice in your glass.
